Lady Gaga Album- The Fame

After writing several songs for some star celebrities, Lady Gaga finally released her debut studio album, The Fame. The album was released by interscope records on the 19^th of August, 2008 and has since been receiving lots of positive reviews and friendly press publications.

Mostly, her songs talks about the different challenges that an artist faces in his or her quest for fame as Lady Gaga almost always places emphasis on her famous lifestyle as visualized by her and experienced by the successful stars. Mostly, a large percentage of her songs draw its inspiration from the works of the 80’s such as the Electropop and Synthpop while at the same time, bringing in a touch of current dance steps in order to give it the flavor of a best seller which the album, The Fame achieved.

Having released the album, Lady Gaga admits to have been inspired by Pop artist like Michael Jackson ’RIP’, and others like Madonna and after the release date, the album went ahead to sell close to 15 million copies world wide.
