The name Lady Gaga is seen as a creation of Rob fusari, a music producer who stated that anytime Stefani entered into the studio, she would normally sing Radio Gaga by the queen without even a hello to anyone hence, her unapologetic show of love for the song. Fusari sent her a message and on it he called her lady Gaga. He only removed the Radio from Gaga thanks to an automatic correction he got when he searched the name from the initial one and after that, the name was born and ever since, Stefani has asked that she be called by the new name and not her birth name.
